One thing is for sure, Kapampangan loves to cook and they are my roots. From time to time , I keep myself exploring for new ways to cook our delicious food and relyenong ampalay is one of them. The recipe is actually very simple yet pack with nutrients. Good for the diabetes control
Here are the ingredients
ampalaya
ground beef
carrots
sibuyas
bawang
salt and pepper
eggs
flour
quail eggs (optional)
raisin (optiona)
mushroom (optional)
Procedure
Cut the ampalaya into halves and remove the core
Mix all the other ingredients and put it inside the ampalaya ( you can precook the ingredients; optional)
Place it inside the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, 375 degrees
Cut and serve hot with rice, you can have mayo ketsup for dip
Aint that easy, just as 1-2-3 with the help of the microwave
