Any place that has warmth can be called home and CDC
Holdings, Inc., one of the leading real estate companies in the Philippines,
continues to extend its strong foothold in the country as it launched
a new brand campaign, announced upcoming projects, and forged valued
partnerships.
The company, which has made its mark in building
quality homes for Filipinos here and abroad for almost 30 years, unveiled a new
branding campaign that captures its corporate objectives: “At home with CDC
Holdings.”
“At home with CDC Holdings” strongly resonates the
company’s brand promise: to provide Filipinos with quality and affordable homes
that are worth one’s hard-earned money, allowing them to benefit from
innovation through pioneering concepts, and encouraging the sense of community
in every property.
Since it started in 1986, the company has empowered
middle class Filipinos to achieve their dream of owning a home or make sound
real estate investment. Amidst the aggressive and intense competition in the
Philippine real estate sector, CDC Holdings has stood its ground with a long
track record of success, pioneering concepts, an experienced and highly
qualified management team and a keen understanding and interest of the local
market.
Today, the company has grown into a reputable real
estate empire that has built and managed condominium towers, hotels, serviced
apartments and subdivisions in Metro Manila’s prime commercial business
districts. It has a worldwide network of sales offices and agencies, with a
presence in 18 countries and territories.
The year 2014 proved to be a positive year for CDC
Holdings as it had achieved more than 18 percent growth in terms of sales
compared to previous year, ending with P1.158 billion. Since most units of
developments introduced in 2013 were sold early during pre-selling stage, the
number of units sold marginally went down by 12 percent in 2014 compared to
same period last year. For example in Manila Rivercity Residences, there is
only one tower with units to be sold.
As it builds dream homes for Filipinos, CDC Holdings
has also forged valued partnerships with companies and individuals that share
their passion and commitment of making their customers feel at home.
The company announced its partnership with
restaurant icon Romulo Café, which has made its mark as an establishment
serving genuine Filipino comfort food and a rich tapestry of the country’s
history. CDC Holdings is also working hand in hand with interior design gurus
Ivy and Cynthia Almario, who have made waves in the local and international
arena.
CDC Holdings is currently working with Romulo Café
and the Almario sisters for its project, CDC Millenium Ortigas, which is set
for the grand opening in the first quarter of 2016.
CDC Millennium Ortigas, the first green
residential/hospitality development in Ortigas, is a mixed-use development
composed of serviced residences units, residential apartments, and commercial
spaces. Its residential condominium
composed of 128 units will occupy the top eight floors of the building. It also
includes 210-unit serviced residences, to be operated by the Ascott Limited
under its Citadines brand. The project represents a step up for the company, venturing
to target those within the higher income bracket.
The company also unveiled upcoming projects in the
pipeline for the rest of 2015. This year, CDC Holdings is focused to sell more
residential condominium units in its CDC Millenium property. The company will
also start selling units for its Sentrale project located in Makati, which is
conceptualized as SOHO, or Small Office Home Office, a type of business and
profession that has proliferated in recent years with the advent of technology.
Another project to watch out for is the Lions Park Residences’ Giraffe Tower, a
building with the commercial space on the ground floor, so enterprising
residents will have the convenience of conducting business just below their
homes.
