Manila girl, that’s who I am, I was born, grew up in
Manila until I got married and settle in Pasig, Even though I was not anymore
living in Manila, I make sure that I update myself as to what is happening in
Manila. Being updated means I want to know what is happening in Manila,
cultural, political or structural wise. I was happy when I got invited in an
event where they launched the newest structural in Manila and that’s Victoria
de Manila II. Entitled “ I Love Manila”, the event was held at Ibarra’s Garden
in Padre Faura last Aug. 29, 2014. The event was hosted by DJ Lar A of Win
Radio 107.5 and Eat Bulaga’s Los Viajeros perform and even join in the games.

What’s exciting about Victoria de Manila II ; you
will be able to experience the incredible sunset view from the Baywalk along
Roxas Boulevard. The quaintness of the cobbled streets and Spanish-era
cathedrals and residences within the stone walls of Intramuros. The clean
geometric lines and stark beauty of the last vestiges of Art Deco architecture
on Escolta. The lush greenery of Luneta Park and the iconic landmark that is
the Rizal Monument. And the heart of all
this rich cultural history, New San Jose Builders Inc (NSJBI built the Victoria
de Manila II
Located at the corner of Taft Avenue and General
Malvar St., the Victoria de Manila II rises 45 storeys above Manila, providing
residents and visitors with the best views of the city—the Makati skyline in the
east, Cavite in the south, Luneta Park in the west, and the picturesque Manila
Bay sunset in the north.
Thanks to its location, the Victoria de Manila II is
easily accessible by Light Rail Transit (LRT) through the Pedro Gil and Quirino
stations, and by jeepney and bus. The building is also near some of the
country's top schools—De La Salle University, St. Scholastica's College, De La
Salle-College of St. Benilde, Philippine Women's University, and the University
of the Philippines Manila.
For shopping needs, Robinsons Place Manila and SM
Manila are conveniently located within the area.
State-of-the-art sports facilities and
round-the-clock security
The Victoria de Manila II is also Metro Manila's
first sports complex condominium, home to a luxurious 1,000-square meter indoor
sports facility. Sports enthusiasts will be pleased to find amenities such as a
full-sized hardwood basketball court, professional-grade tennis and badminton
courts, a fitness gym, a swimming pool, and a multi-purpose hall and billiards
center—all to be used at their convenience.
On top of these, unit owners will also have extra
privileges."If you are a resident of Victoria de Manila II," says
Estrella," not only will you enjoy the usual facilities accorded to you by
the condo, but you can also enjoy the facilities in the sports center."
This extends to owners having full access to an exclusive gym and pool, their
own jogging path, playground, and function room.
Apart from upscale facilities, Victoria de Manila II
also provides 24/7 security to its unit owners, which is a considerable
advantage especially if they have children studying nearby. Instead of staying
in dormitories or renting condos, Estrella assures that owners can be confident
of Victoria de Manila II's excellent security when it comes to their children.
"We give the assurance that [they are] secured with the 24-hour security
and has all the facilities [they need], including the indoor sports facility,
which is unique to Victoria de Manila II," he says.
Luxury at an affordable price
NSJBI, as both the developer and contractor of the
Victoria de Manila II project, is selling the units at an affordable price, with
accessible and flexible financing packages to accommodate all types of buyers.
Victoria de Manila II is the latest in a long and
successful line of residential and commercial real-estate developments by
NSJBI. With the aim of providing Filipinos with affordable homes, NSJBI was
also behind the construction and development of Victoria de Manila I, also on
Taft Avenue; Victoria de Makati near Ayala Avenue in Makati and Fort Victoria
in Bonifacio Global City; Isabelle de Valenzuela on
MacArthur Highway in Valenzuela; and in Quezon City,
Victoria Towers at the corner of Timog Avenue and Panay Avenue, Victoria
Stations 1 and 2 near MRT Kamuning, and Victoria de Tomas Morato.
Outside the metropolis, NSJBI has upgraded their
prestige considerably by acquiring the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a
heritage park sprawled over 400 hectares in Bagac, Bataan. Las Casas has become
one of the Philippines' top tourist destinations, with visitors allowed to
explore and even to stay in its
Spanish casitas and heritage houses that depict a
faithful recreation of Spanish-Filipino life and culture during colonial times.
Their highest-profile development so far has been
the 70-hectare Ciudad de Victoria, or "City of Victory," just north
of Metro Manila. Poised to become the next major economic hub in Central Luzon
it is also the site of the Philippine Arena, the world's largest indoor arena,
which recently hosted the Iglesia ni Cristo's Centennial Celebrations on July
27, 2014.
As a fully Filipino-owned real estate development
company, New San Jose Builders, Inc. is dedicated to promoting Filipino talent and ingenuity and
directing it to world-class projects. Victoria de Manila II is merely the
newest step in the company's goal to elevate Manila up the ranks of the world's
global cities and thus earn prestige for the Philippines.
