Whenever I was at the area of Eastwood, I was always curious
of this restaurant named TITO CHEF EXPRESS. The restaurant is located at the
ground of Microtel along E. Rodriquez Quezon City. Today, I was given the honor
to be part of the group who would be able to get taste some of the best seller
found at TITO CHEF EXPRESS.
Culinary expert, successful restaurateur, and brilliant
mentor, CHEF MENOY GIMENEZ welcomes the holiday season with a gastronomic line-up
of its new food offerings, the TRAVELER’S MENU, which is available at TITO CHEF
EXPRESS in Microtel Acropolis. With the combination of scrumptious delights and
reasonable prices, the recently launched food selection features delicious
flavors inspired from across the globe.
The brainchild of Chef Menoy and a partnership with The
Romulo Food Group, owned by Enzo and Sandie Squillantini, Tito Chef Express serves
the Food and Beverage requirement of Microtel Acropolis. Tito Chef originated
from the culinary roots and success of Tito Chef Restaurant and All Things
Culinary located at the secluded community of BF Parañaque.
The restaurant serves as the main food provider for the
hotel’s culinary needs, from breakfast buffet setting to an all-day dining hub,
and in-room food and beverage service. An instructor in Center for Culinary
Arts and one of the founders of culinary school Professional Academy for
Culinary Education, Chef Menoy is indeed glad and humbled to extend his reach,
talent, and skills to the food-loving diners in the fast-paced area in Eastwood
City.
Having a unique and progressive bistro menu that boasts
comfort food options for over a year now, Tito Chef Express continues to
satisfy the discriminating palates of the foodies residing in the metro north.
Its menu ranges from sumptuous starters to delightful entrees, specialty
pastas, and decadent desserts. Besides its regularly available dishes, the
restaurant also showcases afternoon tea morsels, lunch buffets, full-service
catering packages, party trays, and in-house banquets.
Get ready to let your taste buds enjoy a culinary journey of
flavors with its newly launched TRAVELER’S MENU. Beautifully plated and well
portioned, each dish from the featured selection is affordably priced at PhP 250.
Perfect for on-the-go people who love to indulge in quality food for every
meal, the available specialties from the Traveler’s Menu are nicely packed and
served in as fast as 10 minutes for every client’s convenience and comfort,
either for dine-in or take out.
Meat lovers should not miss the awesome and flavorful
masterpieces on the menu, such as the carnivore’s favorite Smothered Pork Chop
(braised pork chop in onion gravy served with potato puree), the best-selling American
Burger (grilled beef patty with onions, tomato, pickles, and Monterey jack
cheese served with potato allumettes and side salad), and the Filipino classic Binagoongan
(sautéed pork belly, which is stewed in shrimp paste and garnished with chili).
