Solaire has never ceased to surprise us. I had
thought that the opening of The Theater had been one of the year's highlight,
but I was wrong. Recently, Solaire opened the doors of two different yet
equally exquisite dining facilities. One of them is the Waterside Restobar.
Waterside Restobar is an all-day dining restaurant that features tastes from
Latin America and the Mediterranean. Aside from the variety of specialty
dishes, Waterside draws attention to its show kitchens, which includes a
rotisserie, churrascaria, paella-cooking station, and of course, the tapas bar.
Just by looking at the chefs, you can already be assured of the fine taste and
quality your taste buds will experience.
The ambience is just as elegant and high-class as the rest of Solaire. It is located facing the Manila bay, which gives a feel of relaxation and romance.Going back to the food, Waterside, I must say, takes you literally out of this side of the world. The dishes are authentic and undeniably delicious. I have personally tried some myself.
Waterside sure is on top of its game. However, don't be fooled, or rather, afraid to try. Yes, the exterior and interior design are superb, as much as the food they serve, and of course the warm welcome and service that comes with, but there is one thing that does not tag along – the budget. I would like to announce the good news that Waterside's menu caters to not only the elite, but also the masses. Compared to others of its kind, Waterside is affordable, with consideration to all that it offers. So, go ahead, splurge and enjoy just at the side of the relaxing waters, at the Waterside Restobar.
