MY ELBA KITCHEN COOKBOOK : My PASTA Book

Besides eating rice and bread, pasta is one of my favorite dish. Cooking spaghetti has been an ordinary scene in our kitchen. With or without anything to celebrate, there would be pasta in the table. The only problem is; I keep cooking the same recipe over and over again. Luckily, I was invited in the launching of a new cookbook dedicated to pasta. My Elba Kitchen Cookbook, which was launched at The Grove by Rockwell, Pasig City hosted by PJ Lanot.

Maxim Cookware endorser Chef Darin Epp prepared two recipes to our hearth delight.
Sardine pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and Salmon with rosemary in cream sauce

Next came, Chef Richie Custodio of the Center for Culinary Arts Manila cooked canneloni chili verde with carbonara sauce, aglio olio scampi, eggs benedict pasta and herbed chicken spaghetti and even used lasagna for the dessert.

The Center for Culinary Arts Manila culinary student was responsible for the entire scrumptious recipe. During the event Elba stove and oven and Maxim cookware were showcase. Ingredients were sponsored by Ideal Gourmet Pasta, Magnolia, McCormick, Nestle and Del Monte.

Recipe from the cookbook are easy to follow and all the ingredients are available in grocery and supermarket. Cooking pasta was made easier and tastier with the help of My ELBA KITCHEN COOKBOOK. Every pages of the book speaks for its recipe. The mouth watering photos look so yummy with its stylish presentation by Samantha Hontiveros. Photograph by David Hansen, the photos were so delightful to the eyes and make it more wonderful to try.

The My ELBA KITCHEN COOK BOOK is available in bookstore for a minimum cost.
