I have received several invitation regarding condominiums and site visit to the actual locations. It was normal for them to pick me up together with the others in a common area. It was actually hassle free for me but at one point, I wasn’t able to experience the actual transportation of going to and fro the actual site.

At the back of SM Bicutan is a tricycle terminal going to Lancris Residences, your fare would only cost 10 pesos and the tricycle operates 24 hours.

How to commute to Lancris Residences from EDSA:

1. Catch any south-bound bus along EDSA with label SUCAT or BICUTAN. Go down upon approaching SM Bicutan after e-Pass and cross to SM Bicutan.

2. Look for the tricycle station which is underneath the Skyway beside SM Bicutan. Ask the dispatcher the line for those who are going to IMMACULATE, or just take a solo trip to Lancris Residences. Ask the driver to drop you off at Lancris Residences.

Note: Lancris is just meters away from Malacanang Village tricycle stations, Q Grill Bar, and Palm Grove.

Lancris Residences recently host a one night of wine tasting and music for their guest in connection with its unveiling. Usually unveiling is just dinner but with Lancris; it was a night to remember.

There were actually 5 wines that were introduced that night to serve with the food. From appetizer to the main course, there a matching wine that goes with it.

All throughout the event, a classic music were played by a violinist and a pianist that made the night event more elegant.
