EL REAL SHRIMP WITH SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO PASTA
Ingredients:
1 kg EL
Real Healthy Spaghetti
8 cloves Chopped
Garlic (medium)
1 pc Chopped
White Onion (medium)
1 pc Roasted
Green Bell Pepper (Julienne)
500 g Peeled
Shrimps
400 g Canned
Sundried Tomato Pesto
1/3 cup Diluted
Beef Stock
½ tbsp. Dried
Basil
2/3 tbsp. Dried
Oregano
5.5 tbsp. Olive
Oil
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
6.5 tbsp. Parmesan
Cheese
Procedure:
1. Cook El
Real Healthy Spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Sauté
garlic, onions, and bell peppers in olive oil then add shrimps.
3. Add
sundried tomatoes and beef stock then reduce heat.
4. Season
with basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Toss in
El Real Healthy Spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
