I love to cook, there’s always a good reason or celebration to do so. When cooking, there’s always the ingredient to thinks of. I always make sure that the food I prepared are not just delicious but nutritious at the same time. It’s a nice feeling if you know you are serving what’s healthy to your family and love ones.
Last August 26, 2011 at the Magsaysay Institute for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MICHA), I was one of the lucky food bloggers who discover a new kind of delectable tomato sauce.

Chef Jeremy whose good looks and talent when it's comes to cooking , welcomed everyone. He even taught us recipes that was later on, became the basis of the Great Dole Cook-Off. His cooking demo was a sure treat to us.
To heat things up that night, a Great Dole Cool-Off between bloggers were held. Five bloggers, including myself were given a chance to able to try first-hand the world-class consistency of Dole’s line of tomato sauces. Enticing aroma filled the airs as we showed off our cooking skills and battled it out to make the most mouth-watering dish.
Chef Jeremy and Dole representative sure did find it hard to judge the cook-off, but Enzo of JuanManila Express did surely beat us with his own version of Cherry Tomato and Eggplant Ragu Penne
