Solaire has never ceased to surprise us. I had thought that the opening of The Theater had been one of the year's highlight, but I was wrong. Recently, Solaire opened the doors of two different yet equally exquisite dining facilities. One of them is the Waterside Restobar. Waterside Restobar is an all-day dining restaurant that features tastes from Latin America and the Mediterranean.
