  The kickoff leg of this year’s Nutrilite Health Run held on February 22 at the Blue Bay Walk in Pasay City was a pleasant surprise even for return participants of this yearly fun running event.  With the aim of staging a bigger and better event this year than in previous years, exclusive Nutrilite distributor Amway Philippines organized a post run mini-concert for finishers at the Blue Bay Walk.  All these are in line with Nutrilite’s aim of promoting optimal health through proper diet, exercise and supplementation.

And because I love you guys and want you to be healthy I'm giving away 5 race kits to you guys, Amway Nutrilite HealthRun 2015  will be on February 22, 2015 in SM Mall of Asia. What I love when it’s October month is the Halloween fever. It was by accident that I started running over a year now. I won a singlet in one of contest held in facebook. My first run was a vertical marathon. I managed to climb up and down the stairs of a 25 th  flr. Building located in Bonifacio High Street. After the event, I found out that I there’s a feeling of accomplishment. I started running last year at a vertical marathon. The event had opened a new door for me. The experience and skill that I have gained is something I now always look out for. Being a runner, I was kinda curious when I heard of a RAT RACE  that will be held on March 13, 2011 at MCKINLEY HILL. Together with other blogger/runner, I was invited last friday, March 11, 20 11 at MARIO's KITCHEN for the discussion regarding the  RAT RACE  by ZONTA of Makati Ayala . There I found out that RAT means  RUN AGAINST TRAFFICKING ( and not just an ordinary trafficking but HUMAN Trafficking.)
