Hope that you could also share this to others It is open to graduating students or graduates of public high schools located in NCR; Batangas, Benguet, Bulacan, Camarines Sur, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Quezon, Rizal, Tarlac, and Zambales in Luzon; Cebu, Iloilo and Negros Occidental in Visayas; and Davao, General Santos, and Misamis Oriental in Mindanao. Applicants must have a fourth year weighted average of at least 88 percent in the second or third grading period. They should belong to families whose annual household income is at most P150,000.00.
