Chef Hesset Go  was just 24 yrs old and yet he made a name for himself with regards to dessert. His Pastry Tower was one of the best seller and even his stall located in Mercato Centrale served the most delicious dessert.   If my recollection serves me right, my first encounter with Chef Hesset Go   was last Nov. 13, 2011 in Sitio Elena. It was a food expo that features numerous desserts in which MedChef received an award This July 26, 2011, MedChef 1st Store will be celebrating its 1st Anniversary .
