Off cam or on cam, Villar has been touching the lives of people. From Las Pinas to the other parts of the country, Villar SIPAG has come a long long way. Villar SIPAG (Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance) yesterday announced the 10 Most Outstanding Community Enterprises and 10 Most Promising Community Enterprises chosen from among the almost   200 entries nationwide   during a simple ceremony held at Villar SIPAG Bldg., C5 Extension Road, Las Pinas City.   Awarded as the 10 Most Outstanding Community Enterprises are the Andres M. When I was in college, I applied for a job overseas. My parents opposes to this idea since I was so young then and there are so many negative stories about working overseas.  For me, working overseas is also a means to save up some funds and have my own business in preparation for my family’s future. I am just one of the few who wish to go overseas and have a happy story to tell, but not all oversea workers have a smile when they return to our country. Whatever their story maybe, happy or not; someone is there to help, to assist, to inform, to guide. Today ,Villar Foundation’s tournament for a cause lends support to amateur players The Villar Foundation, led by its Chairman and Managing Director— Senator Manny Villar and Former Las Pinas Representative Cynthia Villar , stages  the 2012 series of Villards Cup billiards tournament last September 23 and 24 at the newly opened Starmall in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
