It’s going to be a truly super summer for kids as Century City Mall hosts Superdudes, live at the mall’s fifth level Event Center on 16!

Superdude’s children’s book creator Stevie Nicholson will holds a book signing, show and VIP workshop as well.

Superdudes are a funny and quirky children’s book created by Stevie Nicholson, a member of the well-loved Australian children’s musical group Hi-5. The book, with illustrations by Nick Rudich, focuses on capturing the imagination of children in a playful and engaging way and is based on the philosophy that absolutely anyone and anything can be Super!

On April 16 at 1:30PM, 3:30PM and 5:30PM, enjoy the ultimate Superdudes experience with a Show and Workshop featuring Stevie Nicholson and the Superdudes in a fun-filled stage show! A ticket of Php1, 500 admits 1 child and 1 adult, and comes with a free Php1, 500 worth of Century City Mall Gift Certificates!

Normally when we think of health, we always think that we should only eat vegetables. Well here is something that I normally cooked to stay healthy and yet get have my load of protein without the guilt.

I love chicken and I love veggies, therefore I combine both of them through our famous recipe in Pampanga, I normally do it in form of a ball and wrap it on dim sum but I love veggies that’s why I put my chicken mixture inside an ampalaya

I called it my “Chicken stuff con Ampalaya”

Every day we went through a lot of stress in our life, no one is spared from this.  Just like what’s happening to me but am I the only one. I know that you too undergo with what I am going through.

Stress is everywhere; it can be our boss, or the traffic, the loud noise or small things that affect our sanity.

As days go by, I’m trying to understand what’s happening to this relentless feeling of mine.

Stress affects me so much that I can’t even think straight and my body feels weak. I’m trying to understand my situation just like you trying to understand yours.
