Normally when we think of health, we always think that we should only eat vegetables. Well here is something that I normally cooked to stay healthy and yet get have my load of protein without the guilt. I love chicken and I love veggies, therefore I combine both of them through our famous recipe in Pampanga, I normally do it in form of a ball and wrap it on dim sum but I love veggies that’s why I put my chicken mixture inside an ampalaya I called it my “Chicken stuff con Ampalaya”

How do I handle stress? Every day we went through a lot of stress in our life, no one is spared from this.  Just like what’s happening to me but am I the only one. I know that you too undergo with what I am going through. Stress is everywhere; it can be our boss, or the traffic, the loud noise or small things that affect our sanity. As days go by, I’m trying to understand what’s happening to this relentless feeling of mine. Stress affects me so much that I can’t even think straight and my body feels weak. From the moment that we found out that we are pregnant, it only follows that we plan what would be the best possible future we could give to our children and that includes their education. Just how can we give the best possible start up to our child when it comes to education? We all want our child to develop in their most convenient way. Education is not all about counting and reading but truly exploring the world around them in a creative way that would make them love learning. As much as we want to stick the traditional way, there are now alternative means for our children to be educated. Gone are the days when we were just contented in the normal scenario enclosed in the four corners of typical classrooms. Because of the fast technology that we are now in, everything is moving forward just like the education that our children should have.
