Tutuban Turns 25 years with a Fashion for Compassion Grand Celebration

Image
I grew up in Divisoria. I was a witness when they first took the initiative to modernize Tutuban and now it’s celebrating it’s   silver anniversary. Twenty-five years is “25” years. Thus, for any corporate establishment silver anniversaries are momentous milestones greeted with glamor and festivities, and Tutuban Center takes no exception, looking forward with excitement and anticipation as it continually strives to grow further the trust of Pinoy shoppers. Looking ahead moving to its next 25 years, notwithstanding redevelopment plans in the pipeline, Tutuban Center took time out of the usual grand celebrations, choosing instead a simplistic yet meaningful observance of its anniversary, anchored on thanksgiving and sharing with the community.      Fashion for Compassion

It did not take long for the business to grow for in   a span of three years; it had expanded to 22 strong outlets, both company-owned and franchised.

It’s back top school once again.  I feel the sentiments of other parents with regards to the expenses that come with it.  I for one had five kids to send to school and besides the tuition fee; their back to school needs is one of the things that gives burden to my pocket. Luckily, there’s Tutuban Mall where I could go and purchase all the necessary things like uniform and school supplies. To test my ability to haggle, I prepared a budget costing One Thousand peso for a set of uniform for my youngest child not mention my only son. Last Monday, I went out my way to visit not just my mother who has a stall in Divisoria but to purchase my son’s uniform. Compare to the cost of his uniform when purchase to Ateneo Grade School Cooperative Store, the cost of his one week uniform was less than a thousand when I purchase it at Tutuban Mall Unico Hijo Apparel located at MS-03 Prime Block Tutuban From P 130.00 a pieace,I was able to purchase this Polo Shirt for  just P110.00 3 pie...

Having five performing artist children means expense, not that I’m complaining. With different performances, shows, recital, competition, and not to mention the event that are happening inside the school; I had to ready my budget when it comes to their outfit. With my four daughters, you wouldn’t believe how many gowns and cocktail dress plus other types of outfit I have in their closet. There are different types of dresses that are too many to mention. And did I mention my son, the Barong Tagalog and his formal suit is an addition to my collection. Yes! Collection as in many. My only consideration was, since I live in Manila before; I knew where I could find the best and yet affordable gown and cocktail dresses plus the Barong that you could think of. My saviour, Tutuban Center’s Oh My Gown! Section, where you could find the unique cluster at the ever-expanding emporium. What ever occasion you have whether it’s the upcoming Graduation or Recognition Day, they have it. The one-stop s...
