Universal Robina Corporation (URC) Flour, one of the country’s top flour millers, is challenging culinary arts students to showcase their bread- and cake-making skills in the Flourish Pilipinas: Bake It Happen! Nationwide Baking Competition 2016. But before the actual completion, I was able to get a chance to try how the competition will run, besides the time limit; a secret ingredient will be included in the baking competition. The media competition was held last June 29,2016 at the Gala Star Culinary located in Shaw Blvd Pasig
