I found out that there’s this two things that a girl would dream to become, be a princess or be a mermaid. I could still remember how my girls would watch Ariel, the mermaid princess. And we have dyesebel and kambal sirena to watch every night. Just imagine having those tails and the thrill of how fast can we swim. It’s really fascinating to experience how to swim like a mermaid. When we found out that Manila Ocean Park offers this dream come true; me and my girls did some mermaid bonding. Me and my girls with our orange monotails. The smile on the faces of my girls is more than enough to tell me that they enjoyed our bonding time as mermaid, eventhoug I look like more the Barakuda The program runs for 45 minutes featuring basic swimming, how to glide with a fish tail underwater and proper breathing technique. The high elastic mermaid monotails are colorful, comfortable and easy to wear. Each of guests receives a souvenir photo and does a mermaid pose.

This summer, Manila Ocean Park offers the Mermaid Swim Experience for those who want to fullfill their dream to become mermaids. It is a 45 minute program featuring basic swimming, how to glide with a fish tail underwater and proper breathing techniques. October’s coming and that means Halloween parties. I’m usually busy during the Halloween season; love to do unique costumes for my kids. We go around hotel and mall to join some trick or treat game, and I now I found a new place that would give me the chills of excitement. Manila Ocean Park introduces Asian Ghost House, its FIRST interactive scare attraction that will challenge guests to face their fears and survive to tell a tale of a gruesome fun adventure. It has a mix of fright elements from popular Asian horror style genre in a dungeon setting uniquely found at the park underground.

When ever a relative or a visitor comes to visit us, I made sure that we visit the Manila Ocean Park in particular the Oceanarium. I just want to revisit the place over and over again. I’m so amaze as how they were able to construct the whole area. 

A friend of mine asked me the other day as where can they take their Korean visitor for a tour. I suggested they go to Luneta and since they are there already why not go to Manila Ocean Park as well. Manila Ocean Park is the all season holiday destination here in Manila and so much innovation and improvement has been done since the last time I visited the place.

I happened to be at the Luneta Area last week and one of my goals is to go around the area. But at my age ( I do accept the fact that I’m not in my younger years), how could I possibly go around with out exhaustion running after me.  A new mode of transportation caught my eye. A kind of train like seizes my attention. A TRANVIA as they call it pass by. I could enjoy the ride from Manila Ocean Park to Taft Avenue and vice versa. It stops at some landmarks where I could enjoy the view and the trip last for thirty (30) minutes. Fare rate of P 50.00 for one way loop or I could go to Full loop for only P 100.00 pesos is a deal I didn’t let just pass me by.  Going around the area of Luneta and to Manila Ocean Park is just a breeze that others could enjoy. I was at the Manila Ocean Park Oceanarium when I saw feeding bottles nearby. I know for a fact that we use them for our infants or maybe on baby animals. I was amaze to find out that these feeding bottles contain special formula feeds that the public can use to feed a special type of fish, the KOI. Mommy Lariza It was really an experience that I can’t easily forget for the excitement and enjoyment it has brought to me. These cute and adorable Koi is one of the new attractions that only Manila Ocean Park could bring to its client. Child or child at heart will surely appreciate and understand this species of fish that can only be found as far as I know, in Manila Ocean Park. Do let this experience pass you by. My family loves to dine al fresco, we have been to so many locations to savor seafood craving. I finally found a new place in Manila where a Jamaican-inspired setting by the bay venue was open to public recently. Sandbar Seafood & Grill  is the newest venue of Manila Ocean Park. Located at the bay of Luneta, you wouldn’t miss this place. It’s my best alternative to grilled seafood.   I can choose my seafood craving from their gastronomic selection and have it cooked the way I like to be. It’s so relaxing and it serves lunch and dinner and I can even spend the parties and get-together to the venue. It’s so cozy and unique  Upon entering Sandbar Seafood & Grill I was able to see the sight of the fresh market where I choose how my food should be prepared.
