Since I’m intrigued as to who are filing for that day, I decided to walk all the way to Comelec. Since Monday Oct. 1,2012, Palacio de Gobernador , where Comelec held its office seems to be like a rainbow full of different color, like a beehive plucked with so many   bees , well it’s the   start for the filing of certificate of candidacy for the local and national level post.   I mention colors, because it represent the person that filing for the candidacy for the  May 13, 2013 elections.
