 The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) , Inter-country Adoption Board (ICAB) and McCann Erickson launched Thursday their Advocacy Campaign on Adoption entitled, “Love Sees beyond Differences” yesterday, Nov. 29, 2012 at the Active Fun Bldg., BGC. Peter and Darlene Skopakow, have Mary Jane in their life just recently, they already have Mark but they wanted to spread their love to this two beautiful children. With this in mind Meralco once again opens its Liwanag Park to the public in time for the Christmas season. The park features light displays and attractions like Christmas figures made of scrap copper wire, a mini train ride for visitors, the Toy Town and a bazaar among others. In recent years, the park has been recognized as a must-see Christmas destination in the metro. The park will be open to the public every day, until January 6, from 6-10 PM.
