Fourth of July Barbecue at Clawdaddy

July is just around the around and one of the celebration that comes with that is the Fourth of July. USA's Indefendence Day celebration was one of the most anticipated grand fireworks show worth watching. Besides the fireworks, one of the highlights is the get together and food is one of the main course of the day.  The huge slab of juicy barbecue ribs and cases of beer enjoy with the family and friends.
Now come the good news, we don't  need to go to USA but only here in Taguig. Clawdaddy will be presenting their rich flavor of barbecue sauce on soft juicy slab baby back rib served with dirty rice and coleslaw. Chef Pete will shares his secret and will show us how to cook them at home and with the marinate procedure as well.

Parol has been a symbol of Christmas season. A paról is an ornamental, star-shaped  Christmas lantern. It is traditionally made out of bamboo and paper and comes in various sizes and shapes, but generally the basic star pattern remains dominant.
