It was a wonderful feeling if a child recognize what a mother had done to make their life as wonderful as it can be.  A mother’s blessing is when their children became what they want to be and be part of that is truly great.


MILO Philippines helps build Champions in sports and in life, but through its new “Moms Never Give Up” campaign, MILO pays tribute to the person who helped raise them; believing that Champions never give up because every day Moms never give up on them. At the recently concluded Spin.ph Sportsman of the Year awards, MILO athlete, Alyssa Valdez was selected as the “Sportsman who changed the Game”. The only female athlete to be recognized that night, she used this opportunity to pay tribute to the game-changer in her life, her Champion, Nanay Lita Valdez.

Las Piñas City Celebrates 7th Parol Festival

Parol has been a symbol of Christmas season. A paról is an ornamental, star-shaped  Christmas lantern. It is traditionally made out of bamboo and paper and comes in various sizes and shapes, but generally the basic star pattern remains dominant. The design of the paról evokes the star of Bethlehem that guided the  Three Kings to the manger. Whether, a parol that hangs on our houses are simple or grand, it signifies our hope and good will during the Christmas season.
